1. What types of clothing does Sweatro offer?

Sweatro offers a wide range of apparel for men, women, and kids, including:

  • T-shirts
  • Hoodies
  • Jackets
  • Joggers
  • Beanies & Dad Caps

All apparel is designed for comfort, everyday wear, and quality you can count on.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only (50 states & D.C.).

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders.

4. How long does delivery take?

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Delivery window: 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Weekends and holidays are not included in the delivery window.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
  • PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
  • Venmo (where available)

7. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our checkout uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Payments are securely processed by our payment partners; we do not store card details on our servers.

8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because processing begins immediately, we can’t always guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

9. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused, unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We’ll also replace or refund any defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • All eligible returns: Return shipping is free; we provide a prepaid label.

11. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (timing may vary by bank/payment provider).
