1. What types of clothing does Sweatro offer?

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

3. How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat shipping fee of $7 on all orders, regardless of size or weight.

4. How long does delivery take?

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Delivery time: 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday)

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

9. What is your return policy?

We accept returns only for damaged or defective products. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging

  • Returned within 20 days of delivery
    Please contact us at support@sweatro.com with your order number and photos to initiate a return.

10. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • Defective items: Return shipping is free, and a return label is provided

  • Customer remorse: Return shipping is your responsibility

11. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
